The thickest standard mat available anywhere. This 50mm braided edge mat is made from 100% coir and our most luxurious yet. This doormat is densely woven to ensure it will last, it also comes with a stitched edge for a traditional finish.

Due to the structure of the coir fibres, this standard-sized mat is excellent at scraping dirt from your shoes and absorbing any moisture before it can damage your floors. This extra-thick coir matting frees your home from dirt and debris.
Our coir doormats are also suitable for indoor use and make the perfect accent piece for your hallway.

Please note: Due to the material the mat is made from, this coir mat may shed in the first few months of use. If this occurs, simply brush or shake the mat to maintain its appearance.

SIZES:
All dimensions of standard-sized coir mats are approximate. Our standard-sized mats may vary in size and are sometimes 2-3 centimetres larger than specified. If you are looking for a mat to fit into a mat well, you will be better off choosing a made to measure mat so that we can guarantee the exact size you have requested. Our extra large door mats are 75cm by 45cm as standard.

Anti Slip Underlay - If your doormat is going to be placed onto hard flooring, we suggest purchasing Anti Slip Underlay for your doormat. This will help to prevent any slips, or your doormat moving when you don't want it to.

Extra Thick Coir Luxury Door Mat is cut to size the next working day here in our Lincoln workshop. It is then packed and put on a next working day delivery.

We send all our orders via DHL and you will receive a tracking email from us by 5pm on the day of despatch.
We ask that you provide a mobile number with your delivery address. We pass this number over to DHL as they will text you with a time slot of when your order should be delivered. If you do not provide us with a mobile number an email shall be sent instead.

At the point of placing your order, you can state a safe place to leave your order if you are out, or you can opt to leave it with a neighbour.
Within the DHL text or email providing your timeslot, there is the option to rearrange delivery or have it sent to a service point to be collected from there.

Can you put a coir mat in the washing machine?

No, you should not put a coir mat in a washing machine, whether it's an extra large door mat or a smaller one. Avoid saturating the mat when cleaning. Instead, mud and wet dirt stains should be left to dry and then removed with a stiff brush. Chewing gum can be removed with a freeze spray. Do not vacuum, as this can pull and unravel the coir, causing damage. If necessary, use a brush attachment.
